CMM-0.6L Oil Degassing & Filtration Cart

The CMM-0.6L is a compact unit designed for heating, pumping, and purifying electrical insulating and cooling oil used in transformers, on-load tap changers, bushings, and high-voltage circuit breakers. During the treatment process, mechanical impurities, dissolved gases, and water are removed from the oil. The unit has a capacity of up to 600 L/h, corresponding to the basic CMM category. Purification is carried out under vacuum: the heated oil enters a vacuum chamber where, due to an increased contact surface area, moisture and gases are effectively removed. The oil then passes through filters and is delivered to the outlet. The operation of the CMM-0.6L is highly automated and requires minimal operator involvement. The unit is equipped with protection systems against overheating, oil leaks, lack of oil in the system, foaming, and electrical equipment overloads, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
