The TOR-3 is designed to determine the dielectric loss tangent, specific resistivity, and permittivity of transformer oils in accordance with IEC 60247-2004-02 (VDE-0380-2:2005_01), ASTM D924-08, and ASTM D1169-02. It is a fully automatic device, allowing testing according to the specified standards or user-defined procedures. The measurement process is computer-controlled, with the ability to save and print results. The unit can also be equipped with the Tangent Service software, enabling online result viewing and access to archived measurements in graphical or numerical form.
