Industrial Ultrafiltration UF Systems

Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven membrane separation process that removes suspended or particulate matter (including colloids & silt) from water. Ultrafiltration is more reliable than conventional multimedia filtration that removes particles of 10 microns in size or larger. Ultrafiltration also efficiently removes bacteria and most viruses.

Ultrafiltration systems eliminate the need for clarifiers and multimedia filters. Standard design is based on a UF module with outside-in flow configuration which allows for less plugging, higher solids loading, higher flow area and easy cleaning. Pure Aqua supplies a full line of standard and fully customizable Ultrafiltration systems, all of which are engineered using advanced 3D computer modeling and process design software.

Solar Cells

A solar cell or photovoltaic cell is a device that converts light energy into electrical energy. Sometimes the term solar cell is reserved for devices intended specifically to capture energy from sunlight, while the term photovoltaic cell is used when the light source is unspecified. The field of research related to solar cells is known as photo voltaics.
Solar electric panels contain many photovoltaic cells electrically connected and packaged behind glass for mechanical protection and electrical insulation. The modules are usually connected together in an array and with other components such as a mounting frame and an electrical inverter (for on grid) or a charge controller and batteries (for off grid).

In addition to solar panels, a photovoltaic (PV) system requires a mounting structure to tilt panels toward the sun, an inverter to convert panel-generated direct current (DC) into appliance-friendly alternating current (AC), battery storage to compensate for unfavorable weather conditions, and a charge controller to regulate battery operation.

Hybrid Systems

In Hybrid Power Systems the power is generated from a combination of power sources such as solar PV, wind generator, hydro generators and may use a LPG, petrol or diesel generator when the renewable energy generator is not meeting the power demand.

This system can run approximately 12 hours continuously using sunlight. This system will use a solar / battery powered 12 or 24 volt system to supply its primary power needs. Whenever the sun in shinning, the solar system will always be recharging the battery, even when the water treatment system is working. This system comes as a turn-key package. It is designed for easy installation as all of the wiring is pre wired and all that needs to be done is hang the water treatment system on the wall in a convenient location.
