ZT100 F-Series

The ZelenTech F-Series is designed to enable usage of spool sections 100% compatible with main lines while the flanged probe (316L or or other austenitic steels) will provide an isokinetic measurement (i.e. it does not create flow distortions leading to measurement errors).

NEW FEATURE

New: For large sizes we now give the option of utilizing the retractable I-Series probe instead of the traditional F-Series flow-aligned probe. Trade-off is that the unit will not be fully iso-kinetic, however for large pipe lines servicability without removing the main spool may be of greater value.

INTEGRATED STATIC MIXER

The ZelenTech ZT-100 F-Series can optionally be fitted with an integrated Static Mixer (FM-Series). The mixer will ensure that a well mixed and homogenized stream will reach the sensor. We configure mixer elements and spacing in accordance with standards such as ISO 3171 and API MPMS8.2 to ensure that the sensor will see a truly representative view of what is going on in your pipes.

ZT100 S-Series

The iso-kinetic S-Series provides reliable water content metering in all small pipe applications. The ZT-100 S-Series of Watercut Meters can be installed inline or in bypass. Built to any piping spec in the materials of your choice. For larger pipes also check out the F-Series and the new I-Series of water cut meters.

The ZelenTech ZT-100 Watercut Monitor determines the percent watercut in an oil emulsion without requiring the physical separation of the fluids. The emulsion stream is continuously monitored for capacitance and converted into percentage of water by the Watercut Monitor logic.

ZT100 I-Series

The ZelenTech I-Series is a new range of insert Watercut Monitors (also known as BS&W, OWD, WFM or Water in Oil Analyzers) developed in-house. The I-Series is inserted vertically into large lines through a 2 inch or 3 inch nozzle.

ZT100 T-Series

The ZelenTech T-Series is a new range of insert Watercut Monitors (also known as BS&W, OWD, WFM or Water in Oil Analyzers) developed in-house. The T-Series is primarily designed for insertion into smaller pipes and specifically targeted at Well-Head applications where this type of meters are in common use. The ZT100 T=Series will fit in any 3/4 inch NPT socket previously used for other brands using similar designs.

The T-Series is inserted through a 3/4 inch NPT nipple and complements the I-Series insertion meters that is geared towards large pipes.

The ZelenTech ZT-100 Watercut Monitor determines the percent watercut in an oil emulsion without requiring the physical separation of the fluids. The emulsion stream is continuously monitored for capacitance and converted into percentage of water by the Watercut Monitor logic.
