SET45
SET45 Series is two-wire microprocessor-based, 4-20 mA instrument. The thick film ceramic sensor can measure gauge or absolute pressure with ranges of 0,2 to 460 bar.
Electronics, provides automatic temperature compensation, software linearization and displays the sensor temperature. Parameters can be adjusted digitally. The 4 digit LCD indicator, displays the measured reading, either in engineering units (bar or psi) or percentage.

The sensor, protected from the process fluid by diaphragm, generates a signal corresponding to the actual pressure and is complete with a PTC thermistor which also transmits the temperature of the measuring cell to the electronic system. On the basis of these two values and of the configured parameters the electronic system generates a standard output signal (4 to 20mA, two wires system) and displays all the necessary data on the LCD display. The operating parameters can be changed by means of the two push buttons that are below the LCD display.

The transmitter SET49B measures levels of liquids in open tanks at atmospheric pressure. The SET49 comprises two main elements: the immersion pressure sensor and the electronic module connected by a cable of variable length. The sensor generates a signal corresponding to the hydrostatic pressure and it is complete with a PTC thermistor which also transmits the temperature of the measuring cell to the electronic system.
On the basis of these two values and of the configuration parameters the electronic system generates a standard output signal (4 to 20mA, two wires system) and displays all the necessary data on the LCD display. SST50
The transmitter series SST50 measures liquid levels, density and interface levels in closed or open vessels. It converts buoyant force exerted by a displacer immersed in a liquid to a proportional current signal thanks to a mechanical forces transmission device based on a torque tube and a piezoresistive sensor.
The Spriano measuring cell contains the sensor and transmits the pressure to the electronics. Thermal drift is compensated using the temperature signal generated by a PTC thermistor integrated in the sensor itself. Based on these readings the microprocessor generates the 4-20mA analog output “two wires system” and displays the pressure measurement on the LCD

SST50-REM
SST50-REM series includes 4÷20mA loop powered field digital indicators for ATEX Exia or not ATEX applications. The configuration and calibrations are performed locally through the use of buttons and display.

SST51
Inside the float is placed a magnet which drives, without contact, reed contacts located inside a pipe that can itself be the guide of the float. Moving along its guide pipe, the float changes the reed contact status.
These variations are then acquired by the electronic board and converted into an analog 4-20mA current signal with HART® communication protocol. Thermal drift duly is compensated using the temperature signal generated by a PTC thermistor integrated in the sensor itself.
